The Church Council works in partnership with the Lead Pastor, PPRC, committees and church body to provide for the spiritual well-being and ministry effectiveness of the church. The Council is responsible for appropriate transparency in church business and ministry management as well as helping with vision casting and conducting the mission of the church.
The Trustees oversee and manage the real and personal property of the church.
Works in partnership with the Lead Pastor, Pastoral Staff, the Conference Superintendent, and the church body. The focus is to safeguard the spiritual well-being, pastoral ministry effectiveness, and healthy connection between the pastors, the congregation, and the Conference.
Purpose is to stimulate the church body to express God’s Good News through demonstration and proclamation locally, regionally, and globally. This is achieved under the guidance of the Holy Spirit in evaluating and empowering ministry partners, engaging and equipping the body of believers and stewarding the resources of the church.
Oversees and manages the financial stewardship of the church including all financial aspects:
revenues, grants, endowments, expenses, trusts, inheritances, and investments.
Purpose is to nominate church members for the purpose of assembling ministry committees and teams. This includes seeking to enlist leadership for the total program of the church, study non-ministerial staff needs, and make recommendations to the church body and/or Church Council for affirmation and appointment to committees and teams.
