Women’s Ministries exists to encourage, equip, support, and disciple women in their walk with the Lord, and to offer opportunities to serve the body of Christ through the gifts God has given them. Our prayer is that all women will feel welcomed and valued and will grow in a personal and intimate relationship with the Lord.

We have many opportunities to learn, grow, fellowship, and serve through Women’s Ministries:

Bible Study: There are a variety of Bible studies that take place throughout the week. We have a wonderful time together in God’s Word, including great teaching, lively discussion groups led by women who love God’s Word, and an opportunity to share prayer requests.

Girls’ Night Out: A delightful, fun-filled, refreshing time of fellowship, yummy food, praise and worship and always a special speaker to encourage us in our walk with the Lord.

Spring Tea: An annual event including gracious hospitality, wonderful food, warm conversation, and inspiring testimony! It is one of the highlights of our year!

Women’s Conference: This event is similar to a go-away retreat, but instead is held here at our church. We hear from great speakers, have a wonderful time of worship, and it is an opportunity to make new friends, celebrate old friends, relax and become refreshed!

Mentoring: Need a faithful sister-in-Christ to come alongside and meet one-on-one with you, offering friendship, love, guidance, and encouragement while passing wisdom from one heart and mind to another? We have that available for you.

Love in Action: An opportunity to serve in the body of Christ, blessing others during difficult times or times of need. We provide meals when there is the birth of a baby, an illness, or a time of crisis.

As you can see, there are many opportunities to learn from, fellowship, and serve. If you see an area of ministry that you would love to serve in, or if we can fill a need, please call. You are welcomed, valued, and loved. We are eager to help you become connected at Salem Evangelical Church.

Blessings over you!
